Subprocessors
Last updated: October 19, 2026
Cullektor uses the third-party providers below to run our website and service. A subprocessor is a provider that may process personal data that our customers entrust to us ("Customer Data"). We have written agreements with our subprocessors that require them to protect the data and use it only to provide services to us. Our Data Processing Addendum explains how we add new subprocessors and how customers can object.
We are early-stage. Where a provider is still being selected, we mark it "to be confirmed". We will not send Customer Data to a "to be confirmed" provider until it is named here and customers have had 30 days' notice. To get an email when this page changes, write to hello@cullektor.com with the subject "Subprocessor updates".

Services our customers connect directly
These are not our subprocessors. Customers contract with them directly and authorize Cullektor to connect to them. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
| Service | What Cullektor does with it |
|---|---|
| Intuit QuickBooks Online (native integration) | Reads invoices, customers and payments through Intuit's API, with the customer's authorization |
| Xero, Oracle NetSuite, Sage Intacct, FreshBooks, Zoho Books | Connected through the unified accounting API provider above |
| Google Workspace / Microsoft 365 | Sends reminders from, and reads replies in, the customer's own AR mailbox |
| Customer's own Stripe account (or other payment processor) | Creates payment links and powers the payment portal. Payments go directly to the customer. Cullektor never receives or holds the funds |
