1. Who we are

2. Two kinds of data

Website and account data about you as a visitor or customer (for example, the details you submit in our forms). Customer data that our business customers connect to the service (for example, invoices and customer contacts from QuickBooks Online, Xero or another accounting system, and AR mailbox messages). Some accounting systems connect through a unified accounting API provider, which processes that data on our behalf. For customer data we act as a service provider or processor on our customer’s instructions.

3. What we collect on this website

Information you submit (name, work email, company, role, accounting system, approximate overdue AR), basic technical data (browser, pages viewed) and, if enabled, privacy-friendly analytics without cross-site tracking cookies. [Counsel: confirm analytics vendor and cookie use.]

4. How we use it

To reply to your request, provide the service, send service messages, improve the product and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

5. AI and model training
